We are renting 1 room on the 2nd floor of our house. There are 2 rooms (the 2nd is already reserved.) We live 23 minutes by bus from Louvain-la-Neuve and the bus stop is in front of the house. The apartment is large with a bathroom with toilets (with washing machine), a shower, a living room and kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, sink. ) There's also airconditionning (heat pump. )
Everything is clean, complete and functional. It's a quiet flat.
In summer, you can occasionally swim in our pool.
