Room in owner's house 14 m² Rue de la Fontaine in Louvain-La-Neuve

I'm Pascale (the owner, teacher, 60) and I live in a large family house with Jules, my sweet cat 😊 . I've been hosting Erasmus students for many years and each time it's an opportunity to create bonds of friendship.
I rent 3 rooms for Q2 2024-2025, furnished, spacious, quiet and bright. Only one of them is available Each room is equipped with a double bed, desk, bookshelves, wardrobe and heating.
The house is located in a very quiet area of Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve (3 km from the campus).
We share a common room for meals and a kitchen equipped with plates, pans, fridge, freezer, hob, kettle, microwave, …
There is a bathroom reserved for students (to be shared with the 2 other students).
Wifi, garden, bike available, laundry facilities.
If you're coming on Erasmus or an internship, I can provide quilts and bed linen.
To the campus: 15 minutes by bike or bus (bus stop 3 minutes from the house).
Friendly, family atmosphere.
We are attentive to our environment (consumption, waste reduction, vegetable garden).
