Cette chambre cozy de 12, 5 m² est équipée de TOUS les MEUBLES NEUFS dont vous avez besoin :
un lit simple avec cadre, un fauteuil, des tiroirs et étagères, un bureau et une armoire.
Vous aurez votre propre micro-ondes et mini-frigo dans votre chambre, sans avoir à les partager. De plus, vous disposerez d’un espace repas de 13 m² juste à côté de votre chambre.
La chambre est très lumineuse, avec deux fenêtres orientées sud-est.
Un ensemble de linge de lit neuf est fourni et devra être rendu à la fin de votre contrat.

Le Wi-Fi, l'eau, l'électricité et le chauffage ne sont pas inclus.

Vous vivrez avec mon partenaire et moi-même ; nous sommes très faciles à vivre. La chambre est disponible pour une location de 6 mois, avec possibilité de prolonger le contrat d’un an. Nous sommes calmes, ordonnés, propres et respectueux de l’espace privé, et nous attendons la même chose de notre colocataire.

We offer you a large, very comfortable room located in 565m2 Maison at the center of Wavre, just a 5-minute walk from public transport and shops. You will be living in the Maison with 3 people only!

E11/26 bus stop: 1 min walk

Room 1: ( EUR 425 per month )
This cozy 12. 5 m² room comes with all the NEW furniture you need:
a single bed with a bed frame, an armchair, drawers and shelves, a work table, and a wardrobe.
You will have your own microwave and mini fridge in your room which you do not have to share with anyone. Also , you will have your own dinning area 13 m² right outside your room.
The room itself is very bright, with two windows facing south east.
One brand-new set of bed linen is provided, which must be returned at the end of your contract.

Our common area is a 250-square-meter garden, where you’ll find an apple tree, a berry bush, and a lovely large tree in the middle. You can enjoy a barbecue there when the weather is nice or even have a picnic! The kitchen and bathroom are located on the ground floor, which you’ll share with us and one more housemate.

You are welcome to join us for meals or barbecues from time to time on the ground floor. There is a large public parking lot (free) in front of the house if you have a car.
Wi-Fi, water, electricity, and heating are not included.

You will be living with my partner and me; we are both very easygoing. The room is available for a 6-month rental, with the possibility of extending the contract for another year. We are calm, orderly, clean, and respectful of private space, and we expect the same from our housemate. please noted that DOMICILIATION is NOT POSSIBLE
